Phoebe the Cat needs a home

Estimated Date of Birth 3/23/16 - Phoebe and her kittens were found shortly after Hurricane Harvey.  She was a very good Mom and got them safely through the storm and high water in SW Houston.  Phoebe is considered to be a Siamese Mix. She was obviously a pet that was abandoned, because she is affectionate and calm with people. She loves to watch her kittens play, but then she will sneak off for a little nap. Can you offer this young Mom a forever home?
